Scott’s practice focuses on civil litigation, specifically representing clients who have suffered personal injuries or are victims of medical malpractice.
Scott Robbins has over 22 years’ experience in criminal defense law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and has a law degree from Seattle University (Formerly University of Puget Sound). He also attended the National College of DUI Defense at Harvard Law School, and in 2002 was appointed as the first Washington State delegate to the National College of DUI Defense.
Scott Hughes and Scott Robbins took over the practice of Attorney Richard F. McDermott, Jr. in 2000 when Mr. McDermott was appointed by Governor Locke to become King County Superior Court Judge.
