SCOTT ROBBINS

Scott Robbins has over 30 years’ experience in criminal defense law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and has a law degree from Seattle University (Formerly University of Puget Sound). He also attended the National College of DUI Defense at Harvard Law School, and in 2002 was appointed as the first Washington State delegate to the National College of DUI Defense.
Scott is a member of the Washington Associate of Criminal Defense Lawyers National College for DUI Defense and serves as treasurer for the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice.
Scott was the recipient of the first-ever Creative Advocacy Award by the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice in 1999 for his work in identifying and excluding breath tests due to amendments to the Washington Administrative code.
