Boating While Intoxicated and Smoking Pot in Public during Seafair

The annual Seattle Seafair boating extravaganza begins this weekend. Area officials warn that there will be extra patrols out searching for not only boat drivers who are operating under the influence of alcohol, but also passengers who are publicly smoking marijuana.
